About Me

Hi, I’m Michele, a freelance business manager providing thoughtful, reliable support to entrepreneurs, executives, and growing businesses.

Over the years, I’ve worked across IT and telecoms, education, retail, and internal communications, within blue-chip companies and small and scaling teams alike. 

I work virtually with clients across the UK, from my private home office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire (with 1Gb business broadband and fully licensed Microsoft 365). I’m also open to occasional local on-site work, just ask.

My Story

I’ve always known I wanted to run my own business. I explored ideas (yes, even a dog food brand!), but it was the moment friends and family started asking for help with their own businesses that things clicked. 

As more people encouraged me to take it seriously, I realised something important, supporting others to build, grow, and simplify was what I was meant to be doing.

A Personal Touch

My brand colours are inspired by a favourite plant from my garden because I believe business, like gardening, is about nurturing growth. Quietly. Consistently. With care.

I also bring something a little different: a belief that how you feel matters, because mindset, self-care, and sustainable habits aren’t just personal priorities for me, they’re essential for running a healthy business. I bring that same energy into every client relationship.

Giving Back

Every week, I volunteer with a local youth sailing charity, helping young people build skills and confidence on the water. It’s my way of staying grounded and giving back in a practical, personal way.

Through my volunteer work, I’ve also had the privilege of helping to plan a royal visit, even seeing one of my designs for the official invitation approved by the royal household. It was a proud moment and a reminder of how meaningful community work can be.

Weekend Mode

When I’m not streamlining processes or polishing up client content, I’m probably watching a Grand Prix. I’m a lifelong Formula 1 fan, and if I’m lucky, trackside.

I love the energy of F1, and it’s not unlike how I approach my work: calm under pressure, always focused, and quietly competitive in the best way.
